Working with children is a gift that started with a psychology degree and opportunity to work with kids as a counselor and photographer some
psychology degrees online
or have a degree in
early childhood education
or anything to appreciate the mind of a
child. You just get to love them.

{Amazing Grace} Minneapolis, MN Nokomis Studio

how sweet the sound....
especially with three children...
amazing grace...
no one could have it or handle better...
certainly...not me...
grace, patience, love, etc...
i have that...
but two is enough...
wasn't that a name of a show?

i digress...i love this family...can't wait to meet the new babe which they will name after me...since i have a pretty gender neutral name....
and if she was really my friend she would do it..:) Kidding.
can u tell where we met?

blog

{properly dressed} Apple Valley, Minnesota Child Photographer

“A woman whose smile is open and whose expression is glad has a kind of beauty no matter what she wears.”

-Anne Roiphe

Or perhaps it should read a little lady whose smile is open...This beauty is turning one in a week and it was amazing to watch the multitudes of emotion and expressions she brought to life in our time spent together. Always excited to be near mom and dad, full of smiles, curiosity, screeches, delight and confusion. All wrapped up to perfectly to tell the tale of the amazing first year of life which starts as a newborn, when one cannot even hold up her head, and ends as a toddler about to walk and take on the world.

{travels} Twin Cities Children Photographer

"Think... of the world you carry within you."
— Rainer Maria Rilke

Simply why I enjoy working with children. The world within them has no lines, no rules, a natural love of life and learning. My job is simply to capture it in time to be remembered forever. These two beautiful children embrace beautiful worlds and it was truly a wonderful time for me to witness and record.
