{Cafe Mocha}

"All good things are wild and free" Henry David Thoreau There is a Seinfeld episode where Jerry is dating a girl who can look marvelous in certain light and absolutely hideous in others. I bring this up only because it's the only way I can relate to how I feel about this Mocha Sunflower. I like it. I'm not sure I like it...Ewww....Then I see it gathered with other bright flowers and it is breathtakingly gorgeous! A local gardener brings a bunch in weekly and at first sight I was drawn in to its boldness...and darkness, Highlights of gold tint it's edges. A complicated flower. If there is such a thing. I never expected to find it so beautiful. I'm pretty sure I like it.
