{See The World} Minneapolis/St.Paul Lifestyle Photography
“If you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first invent the universe.”
― Carl Sagan, Cosmos
There is an exercise I found once in a photography tutorial which required the photograph to be shot from the perspective of an ant...a bird...or a small child lying on their back {etc}. It's goal was to shift focus. Learn how to see/shoot differently as opposed to the transitional straight on shot. It's a fun activity and I end up getting lost in a place I never knew existed. Making for fun and different photographs. Some angles work, others can make one dizzy or feel awkward. It stretches and strengthens the creative muscle. Try it sometime. Even without a camera.
